The main new feature is the ability to perform basic editing of GPS data: rename waypoints, delete, copy, and paste waypoints, routes, and tracks, and merge routes and tracks. It is now being translated (localized) to several languages using Launchpad teams. It has full French and Spanish and growing Italian, Russian, and Turkish support.

There are many improvements to beta 1 and a few new features. Initial cut, copy, and paste (limited to waypoints and trackpoints), still under debug. French and Spanish translations. Better bounding of terrain generation for Carte Sur Table files. Major bugfixes. A reborn Mac OS X package. A fix in the Carte Sur Table loader, which was previously crashing on terrain generation. Major bugfixes in Merge and Delete actions.
This is the first version enabling modification of GPS tracks. For example, it can delete waypoints and tracks, merge tracks, or set display the color of tracks. It also has new features to browse data by selecting several waypoints or tracks and focusing on them in the 3D, or with visual selection of waypoints and tracks in the 3D.
3D rendering of tracks and waypoints was improved: elevation is now automatically corrected to pop GPS data above 3D terrain. The graphical user interface was improved with contextual menus, easier imagery server selection, track and waypoint selection, a "Save as" feature", and 3D terrain cancellation. Overall improvement of the software quality was done: numerous bugs have been fixed in the graphical interface, application stability, 3D scene management, and imagery download optimization.
Major improvements were made to platform and
operating system integration for Windows, Linux,
and Mac. Refinements were made to the graphical
user interface.
