FontAnvil build doesn't work after "make maintainer-clean," apparently because of missing dependencies, in particular on the header file output from flex and on some Icemap output files. Discovered while doing final packaging for the 0.11 whole-project release. I'm not treating this as a release blocker for 0.11 because people shouldn't be doing make maintainer-clean and expecting it to work seamlessly; but ideally, it'd be fixed before the next version.
