Support for newer versions of libcdparanoia was
added (access to a device name was broken before).
ASCII chars may now be converted to lowercase in
file and directory names when saving. Support for
replacing spaces with underscores in file and
directory names was added. A bug which interfered
with file and directory creation when the "/"
character was in the metainfo was fixed. A bug
where paranoia mode was always set to off was
fixed.
