Percival Network Monitoring System

This release has many fixes to the device modules, an
Apache security update, a new device for creating links
(shortcuts), and Web GUI improvements.

The release fixes problems with the configuration of
Catalyst switches, adds support for Compaq Insight
MIB, and includes some minor bugfixes.

The release brings support of 64 bit counters (SNMPv2c), major performance enhancements of remote configuration protocol (konfigd), a uniform implementation of IF-MIB configuration options, a new report of Cisco router CPU utilization, and presentation improvements in reports. There are also various bugfixes.

An administration and configuration manual in PDF format has been added. There are improvements in report presentation. The ability to create precomputed total graphs has been added. RPM uninstall scripts have been improved. There are various small fixes and improvements.

Binaries are rebuilt without CPU specific optimizations. Non-working service configuration options have been removed from Devices::Computers. The obsolete "configure" button has been removed. JavaScript sorting of numbers in reports has been fixed.
