DTXCreator 022: Crash with "#xxx02 1.0" - Locale again?

DTXCreator 022 has a problem with one of my DTX files. When I open it, title and artist are displayed but then the programm does not respond any more and keeps on using 99% CPU. I have to kill it with the task manager. DTXMania 087 has no problems playing the DTX file.

I narrowed down the problem to the following test.dtx:

#TITLE foo
#ARTIST bar
#DLEVEL 42

#BPM 17
#00202: 1.000000

Most likely my German locale is causing problems again as, like in bug #23880, the value is parsed as "1000000" instead of as "1".

Thanks for your report. Your mimized DTX data helps me very much to duplicate the issue. Yes, it is the locale issue, too. (like #23880)

I've fixed it now. Please test it. (Though DTXC uses my custom (locale-free) text parser at #BPM, but didn't at #xxx02...)
