= SVG Components (Delphi Experts Consortium Maintained Editon)
These are the SVGPackage and SVGImagePackage packages developed by "ekot1" (https://github.com/ekot1/DelphiSVG) which are a compilation of several necessary libraries originally obtained from Martin Walter (https://development.mwcs.de/ svgimage.html). Only VCL components are available here.
A minimum of modifications will be made to it, just to fit it into my component development pattern. In this case, there are only two packages instead of the original three. A runtime package containing the library sources plus the runtime sources of the components and a designtime containing only the record of the components themselves and possible property or component editors.
Other modifications can be made, but they will be minimal
