Dear all,
I understood the problems and changed the fixed-width-fontset on CVS
head. Those changes were ad hoc, but hopefully almost all the problems
will be resolved.

各位
問題が把握できましたので、fixed-width-fontset を CVS head で、変更致しまし
た。hook と、defadvice が増えて、かなり、対処療法ですが、取り敢えず、発見さ
れた問題には対処できていると思います。ご確認下さい。
