Ok, it's not a bug, I post this message here just
because I can hardly read Japanese and can't find a
good place to post :)

with little changes(__declspec(dllexport), __stdcall
things), I make a native win32 port, It can work with
gtk2-win32(gtk-win.sf.net).

Without tests, I can't say how good/stable it is, it
just works.
