What's This?

gpx2shp converts the GPS Exchange Format(*.gpx) to ESRI/shape format(*.shp) written by C.
gps2shp is direct shape converter from a GPS device using gpsbabel and gpx2shp on shell script.
gp*2svg is not implemented yet. Please wait for while.
It's easy to use (maybe), light and free on GPL.
About GPX format is available on http://www.topografix.com/gpx.asp

Usage

$ gps2shp [source.gpx]
--> source_[type].shp, source_[type].shx, source_[type].dbf
      [type] is "trk"(track points), "rte"(routes) or "wpt"(way points).
etc...

proj-4
gpsbabel(for gps2shp)
