This release adds more documentation, adds many more code comments, updates the post conversion code to be even more flexible, and updates MYSQLI to use config('db_') calls instead of the DB_ defines. Redesign of the GET/POST API and the MYSLQI module has begun. A "column" navigation menu for the default Theme has been started.

This release adds "Test" modes to simulate a database or to use temporary tables ("try before you install").

This release fixes form data input/output code to handle meta characters and
starts user administration code.
