svn2cl

This release adds a --ticket-link option to link ticket references to a bug tracker, has a fix for script paths containing spaces, and supports passing more options to the svn log command.

This release fixes an annoying bug that surfaced due to an update in Gnome's libxml. It also includes some accumulated smaller bugfixes.

This version includes some small portability improvements to the wrapper shell script.

This version adds an --include-actions option, and includes some small modifications so that more XSLT processors support the template.

The implementation of a new option to ignore log messages that start with a specific text and change to ignore paths from outside of the directory where svn2cl is run.
