Reqtool は、メール要求を処理し、追跡、編集、およびそれらを解決する Web インターフェイスを提供します。外部 DB または Perl のと、Web サーバー以外の追加のアプリケーションは必要ありません。LDAP 認証だけでなく、英語以外の文字セットをサポートしています。
