This release adds the ability to set the start-offset to read from
the damaged media, a small performance optimization, and a fix for an
infinite loop.
When reading CDROMs/DVDs, if a sector cannot be read, it is now read
several times in RAW mode. After that, the most likely sector is
written to disk. While writing to disk, sectors filled with 0x00 are
replaced by phantom blocks. This is useful when, for example,
recovering hard disk images; phantom blocks save disk space.
