This version is a mostly-complete wrapper around C++ ICU 4.4. Older versions of ICU are also supported. Support was added for any missing classes such as UnicodeSet, RegexPattern and RegexMatcher, SelectFormat, TimeUnitFormat, PluralRules and PluralFormat, DateInterval and DateIntervalFormat, CurrencyPluralInfo, SearchIterator, and StringSearch.
