This version brings major changes in the way the program connects to MySQL Server. It uses an SDBC Native driver that makes the program a lot faster. Other changes are the use of a UTF-8 character set in the database and the inclusion of a drugs program in the MyPatients program (the SDBC Driver can read all the schemas of the database server with one connection). Minor bug fixes also took place. The 4.0 version is tested on Ubuntu Linux, Windows XP, and Windows 7.
