This release adds automatic full-screen image scaling (both up and down), which is good for viewing galleries. There are many fixes. SDL support has been removed (buggy). Better parsing of FTP directories. The licence has been slightly changed to allow linking with OpenSSL. Automatic guessing of content-type by extension in misconfigured servers has been added.
Better glob matching. Accepts application/xhtml as an HTML type. Allows user@password in the URL. Regular expressions in Javascript are supported. Downloading of files over 2GB is allowed. Terminal attributes are restored on fatal errors.
Improvements were made for cache handling,
JavaScript, the framebuffer backend, OS/2,
clipboard, and svgalib. New features include
blocking ad images, mms://, smb://, and an SDL
graphics driver. Fixes were made in framebuffer,
local and FTP file handling, and for many small
bugs.
