This release adds Ruby language support (LNG), a Language Abstraction Layer (LaL), and garbage collection object-mark. A 'libmsgque' function (MqMark) was added to the GC support. It marks all objects that are referenced within 'libmsgque'. The programmer now has the opportunity to replace internal functions to adapt to the environment.
