Support for cdrecord/mkisofs version 1.9.x, and small fixes concerning special characters in names of files/directories to include on the CD.

A fix to recognize when only the LaTeX document has changed to allow saving, and more configurability.

Compile fixes from 0.6.0, French translations for the help files, and use of two different places for storing images and the directories where it puts symbolic links (needed for multisession and bootable CDs), which enables you to choose a dir on a vfat-system for the (big) imagefile.

New additions include the ability to copy data-CDs, a short intro in French, a new icon, bugfixes, and other minor enhancements.

Bugfixes, biggest allowed buffer-size is determined from kernel-sources, use of "~/.kde/share/apps/kisocd/" instead of "~/KisoCD/", cdDoc also produces front page for inlay, improvement in multisession-burning-procedure, showing umount messages when there are problems, and new code which helps reporting errors concerning external calls.
