Fixed bug that stopped users from changing their passwords even if allow_change_pass was set.

MD5-based encryption is now used for portability, multiple domain support is now available, and all domain options are configurable per domain.

Fixed a possible security problem, and does better install
environment detection.

Added logging features to gdips.pl. All central configuration is kept
in /etc/gnudip.conf and security regarding gdips.pl has been
improved thanks to Randolph Chung of Debain (Expect a Debian
package on the web page soon). Fixed several minor bugs.

Added better username parsing because named was picky, added
wild card matching in the restricted usernames field. and added
the ability to have custom header at login screen.
