Drivel

A minor update was done to fix a Glade glitch affecting the toolbar and to retain some debugging variables despite changes in gcc-4.6.

Translations were updated.

This release drops remnants of old libraries including libglade2, libgnome2, and libgnomeui. It drops deprecated functions from existing libraries, ready for the upcoming Gtk+3.0 transition. It migrates from libgtksourceview1.0 to libgtksourceview2.0. It adds patches from Bugzilla that have accumulated since 2.0.4. It includes and enhances code from the previous trunk (the unreleased 2.1.1) codebase. It includes translated versions of the Drivel Manual.

Drivel has been revitalised - initial 2.0.4 release includes the current patches from Debian and Ubuntu, patches from bugzilla that have accumulated since 2.0.3 and updating the translations.
Also adds tag support for LiveJournal.

This release adapts to some changes to the LiveJournal and Atom systems, restoring compatibility with LiveJournal, Blogger, and similar sites.
