Various minor bugfixes, some error message changes/fixes, a fix for a cloaking bug, support to source from a different local IP address when connecting out to another server, prompting for max channels per user and oper password encryption in the config script, an updated Example.conf, displaying proper error messages when you can't join a channel, and a fix for the +a (away) who flag.
