Enhance the existing top-level port definitions to support several platform (operating system), C++ compiler and graphic system.

This includes:

• Platform : Mac OS X / BSD / Linux / AIX / Sun Soralis / HP-UX / Windows
• C++ compiler : GCC / Comeau C++ / Watcom C++ / MSVC
• Graphic system : Core Graphics / GTK+ 2 / Qt / Win32 GDI
