In this release, the ability of opening external rfc822 format file (.eml) was added.
Tooltips were added to the header view.

このリリースでは、外部の rfc822 形式のファイル (.eml)を開く機能を追加しました。
ヘッダビューの各ヘッダにツールチップを追加しました。
同梱の sylpheed.desktop ファイルと sylpheed.spec ファイルを更新しました。
IMAPフォルダでボタンを離しているにも関わらずドラッグ状態になる不具合が修正されました。
