pg_hint_plan10 1.3.5 is released.

Version 1.3.4 is skipped for the consistency with pg_hint_plan for other PostgreSQL versions. The following bugs are fixed in this version.

• Fixed a bug that the combination of PL/pgSQL function and savepoint can cause a crash.
• Fixed a bug that PREPAREd query can cause a crash when the objects required by the query is dropped.
• Fixed Rows() hint parsing. Rows hint with an empty parentheses lead to a crash.
• Fixed that a bug that a query without a hint in a nested-planned query can cancel the hints on the immediately-upper planning. The crash is caused not only by PL/pgSQL functions but also by extensions that does SPI calls while planning.
• Fixed the bug that Parallel hints can set parallel_tuple_cost to zero wrongly while planning.
