[Mingw-users] Extract tar in windows ?

I tried it not but it seems to fail as following:

C:\Program Files (x86)\GnuWin32\bin>bsdtar.exe -x
c:\linaro\gcc-linaro-6.2.1-2016.11-x86_64_arm-linux-gnueabihf.tar.xz
bsdtar.exe: Error opening archive: Failed to open '\\.\TAPE0': No such
file or directory
