Basic support of Digest Authentication, a fix for a Base64-encoded password bug, preferences directory is now ".winie" instead of "winie" , new keyboard shortcuts, and many minor bugfixes.
An executable jar is now included. BufferredInputStream was replaced by a new MSFileInputStream that supports mark/reset. Notification and error messages were improved. A new option was added which tells Winie to not upload CVS dirs. Many bugs were fixed, including a bug in the Jigsaw Client API with proxy HTTP/1.0 and 413 replies.
A fix for a bug in NullPointerException when downloading in a directory that doesn't exist, saving the current directory in all FileChooser, and specifying another config directory.
