This release adds a number of minor enhancements and bugfixes. The most notable new feature of general interest is probably the implementation of a timeout timer. Most of the enhancements improve the ability to configure thebridge to operate properly in complex environments, such as local networks behind NAT firewalls, and on multi-homed hosts.
The primary new feature of this release is the ability to run the bridge as an NT service under Windows 2000 and later. A number of bugfixes and enhancements have also been made to the file playback code for both Windows and *nix platforms. Minor new features include the ability to play a welcome message to users when they connect to the conference and the ability to display user's information (brag) sheets.
The primary new feature is the capability to link multiple conferences. There are lots of small changes including the ability to set the banner area from the configuration file. A bug that caused a crash when a user disconnect while playing back a bulletin has been fixed.
