This release fixes --db for normal users, as well as a new bug introduced with a strange interaction between the newer Berkeley DB and DB_File with the put() method..

A bug that would cause db creation to fail due to stricter checking from Perl 5.8 has been fixed.

This release fixes error output caused by repetitive options found by the recent Getopt::Long.

Private databases are now automatically rebuilt for each user. Non-root users have access to the majority of features. Several new options have been added to support a matured apt; all virtual options now call apt.

This release is Perl 5.6 friendly.
