Google's config file has been updated. This little hack is about five years old, and in serious need of a rewrite, especially to avoid scraping and become a good engine using the search APIs provided.
An update to Google's HitStart in the config file/portion (searching Google was broken in old version because Google updated their return value process).
This is the compact version which includes an
abbreviated engine.config file for Google, Yahoo!,
and MSN directly in the script itself. However,
since the engines tend to change their formats
frequently, it probably needs quite a bit of
maintenance/updating.
