Several minor bugs relating to the dynamic energy
feature have been fixed and the maximum image size
that can be used with the unpicker interface has
been increased to 4096x4096 pixels.
The previous version contained a bug that prevented dynamic energy from being used with energy annotations. The dynamic energy recomputation destroys annotations, and these were not reapplied correctly. This has been corrected.
