The DS in rrd files was changed from COUNTER to
ABSOLUTE. Files with traffic statistics are now
generated. Logging to syslog is now done. A CGI
interface for checking date to date traffic
statistics was added (from sasacct). Compatibility
with the sasacct package was added in order to
produce a full accounting system.
