Ruby/FLTK

This release adds the FLTK::Spinner class, all of
FLTK's enumeration and macro constants, and more
FLTK methods for drawing, user interaction, and
idle processing.

FLTK colors are now represented by custom Ruby classes instead of Integers.

Lots of methods were added to the FLTK Valuator
widgets. The FLTK color API and FLTK::ColorChooser
were implemented. Useful extensions for writing a
custom draw method were added.
