prtunnel

A --password-prompt option was added, which causes the
program to prompt for the proxy username and password
instead of requiring them to be entered on the command line.

A minor code clean-up was done. The program should
now compile on systems without IPv6 support.

Much of the code has been rewritten and greatly improved, which has also resulted in some minor bugfixes.

The --timeout and --server-timeout options, for setting
socket timeouts, have been added.

This release adds a --max-processes option for limiting the number of
processes that prtunnel uses. A few bugs have been also fixed,
including one that was a potential security hole for anyone who runs
prtunnel in IPv6 mode and uses the -T (trusted address) option to
allow connections from a non-localhost address.
