Pike ScriptRunner

The -p option was added to allow starting up with
a listen port. The SCGI runner was added, which
doesn't require any external libraries. This was
tested to run under lighttpd.

An autoconf based installer, RAM and SQLite
session storage options, and additional
documentation were added.

Numerous bugfixes and feature enhancements. Major additions include persistent sessions and PikeServerPages directives.

This release adds a number of convenience methods
for sending redirects and so forth. Additionally,
this release provides preliminary support for Pike
Server Pages (PSP), which allows you to mix Pike
code and HTML in the same page.
