Mainly optimization and bugfixes, an XHTML workaround, and security enhancements.

This release has template optimisation (JavaScript, and CSS), XHTML 1.1 compliance (strict), a contextual help module, bugfixes, and improved stability.

This version adds languages support, and optimizes class lang synchronization. It introduces XHTML compliance, includes a database creation bugfix, and fixes a path problem on Win32 distributions.

More bugfixes, more stability, a new upgrade and migration script, and removing the euro from the default currency.

This version features an automated init, better use of PHPLib (templates, sessions, and database), lots of bugfixes in error handling, the rewriting of a few functions, and a Makefile.
