New administration pages, file attechments for items, Oracle 8 support and Special dates, many bugfixes, new setup.php options, and a changed database structure.
A large error was fixed in the editing of dates which changed PM to AM. A session error for PHP3 users was fixed. Visuals were improved and a new item limit feature was added for the full month view. New setup.php options were also added.
Inclusion of Contact Management, a new DB layout, new security features, updates to the INSTALL file (for new and upgrading users), and various other bugfixes.
