Matt's Whois

New documentation, an admin script, rejuggled domain checking, new multi-template support with templates available, and lots of servers.lst updates.

Development has split into two seperate trees, a PHP version and a Perl version. The Perl version has just been completed and is fully functional. Also, the server list has been exported to a single data file for ease with re-writing for Perl.

A few minor bug fixes and whois server updates were made.

The script looks up which whois info server to use if there is a server available for this (com/net/org), a fix for a bug causing domains information to be wrong/misinterpreted, and a fix for a bug regarding the global whois search.

The annoying bug which led to intermittent inaccurate global search results has been eliminated.
