General bugfixes. Support has been removed for the '-s' and '-sc' flags (streaming cache), and the flag '-P' (launch player program after percent downloaded) added. 'Multiple output' support has been added; the +o flag can be used to add multiple output files. This is useful for recording Internet radio while you listen to it. The site 'dotsub' has been added. Support for some movies on 'astronomy.com' has been added.
Dead sites were removed. "Royal Society TV" was added. Kavli Institute was added. Redbalcony and other broken sites were fixed. The code was broken up into multiple files, and "dead" code was cleaned out. A long-standing vsprintf bug was fixed. Support for .m3u container files was added for iPad-style livestream sites (like "Royal Society"). .asx and .pls containers were also added, so that movgrab can now be used to pull an Internet radio stream, either for saving or piping to stdout and into an MP3 player. Movgrab seems to be able to function even with container files that mplayer and mpg balk at.
