MarsDict

This release adds a function for word editing/deleting (if the plugin
supports it), an import function (which moves data from one plugin
dictionary to other plugin dictionary), and base support for creating
new dictionaries (if the plugin supports it).

A sqlite plugin was added, which has the ability
to add words to the dictionary. Some
improvements were made to the main app,
including to list sorting.

This release implements a very simple DICT plugin, greatly improves
the search mechanism in the tabtext plugin, and adds more
configuration options.

A basic TabText plugin was added, and some memory bugs were fixed.
