This release adds full reentrancy, a new Win32 output module, AL file output, gain control, and a few portability fixes.

This release includes large speed improvements (40% to 80% depending on streams), a few bugfixes (including a memory smash issue), and new output modules for IRIX and .aif files.

WAV format output, an improved demixer (which makes it easier to use a52dec as a pipe), lots of minor bugfixes, and performance/portability enhancements.

This version compiles with gcc 3.0. The mlib implementation was tested and
fixed. A bug in the a52dec test program was fixed.

Downmix to arbitrary speaker configurations, dynamic range compression, major speedups (2x to 3x), a new library interface, a rematrixing bugfix, and higher precision.
