This release fixes a few minor bugs in both the Web interface and the Eclipse plugin. In addition, some of the translations were updated, and 2 new locales were added.
This release fixes several minor bugs from the 2.4.0 release. There are several fixes related to search, and several fixes related to i18n translations and user preferences.
This release adds significant new functionality,
especially with regard to customization. Major new
features include an online configuration system, a
completely new reporting engine based on both
JFreeReports and JasperReports, full import and
export via XML, enhanced pluggable authentication,
and an improved API. Numerous other small
enhancements and interface improvements were made.
The Eclipse plugin was also enhanced to allow for
issue updates and auto issue filtering based on
Eclipse/ITracker projects.
This release fixes numerous bugs that were in the
previous development release. It also adds several
new permissions and a couple of minor features to
make it easier to use and customize the
application.
This release adds Web-based configuration for custom fields, full system data import, API support for attachments, significant enhancements to the pluggable authentication, and numerous other small features and bugfixes.
