Support for P09 has been removed. This release allows you to use a channel key to join through a ban. There is a new +h user mode. There are several new optional configurable features: FIRST_CHANNEL, ONLY_OPERS_CAN_CREATE_CHANNELS, LOOKUPTIMEOUT, and OPER_HIDE_WALLOPS.
