In this version, themes must be configured in ~/
.icewm/theme files, icewmbg must be run before icewm
to set the background, the theme selected in the menu
will now be remembered, there are font handling
bugfixes, there are fixes for focus stealing problems
with GTK2 apps, all screen drawing is now double
buffered, and there are many other improvements and
bugfixes.

Various minor bug fixes for focus and keyboard handling were made. netwm system tray support was added.

Many bug fixes were made. A major improvement was made in menu behavior. A new default theme was added.
