Major updates to the XML handler, code handler, and link handler. The XML and code handlers now allow XML/source code to be gained from a file. The XML handler now supports syntax highlighting. The code handler will highlight strings and comments. All three handlers support shortcuts to make references to files/URLs simpler. A couple of small bugs were also fixed.
