A Gnome Status Docklet was added, which signals new files. The Properties dialog has been implemented. There is now an option to check for new files automaticaly after a certain period. fam support has been added (monitors /var/spool/sendfile/$USER and reports new files). Drag and drop is now supported (you can drop files from Nautilus onto gsendfile, which will open the send dialog with the "dragged" file selected). A context menu has been added. It is now possible to specify the application with which you want to preview a file. Session mangagment support has been added.
