ftpcopy

This release fixes a compile time problem with gcc
3.4 and the SuSE 9.1 gcc.

This release fixes a number of minor bugs, the most
noteworthy being the handling of symbolic links, adds a
number of workarounds, and allows include/exclude patterns
to be read from a file.

The URL parser no longer refuses URLs without a trailing
path, and the --raw option of ftpls no longer erroneously
wants an argument. A number of portability problems
have been fixed.

In previous versions, ftpls didn't append a
trailing slash to directory links in HTML output,
thus creating bad links. This has been fixed.

This releases stops the listing parser from eating any leading spaces of file names, and fixes another self-check problem.
