ft100 rig control

This release uses Kylix 3.0 and has minor enhancements and bugfixes.

Neatened up the memory display panel and added an antenna tuner function.

This release adds checkbox for auto update to prevent 'chugging' from the ft100 microprocessor. Direct keypad entry has been implemented, and memory channel access has been completed.

The -D option has been fixed, an -H (help) option has been added, and -g now returns all available information. This release also compiles with Cygwin.

Several minor bugfixes, and ft100 does something useful with the -g (get info) function.
