Better configure.in detections were implemented.

Some of the factory use was changed to avoid ICE
in gcc 3.3+.

This release was ported to loki 0.5.0, and has
been tested with the released version of glib2.

Using the development version of loki, API cleanups to only offer libsig++ connections, a fampp2-config client for client builds, use of autotools for build, creation of a shared library to remove the use of a static includes header, porting the GTK example to GTK 1.3.5, and replacement of the GTK+ integration function in libfampp to use glib instead of gdk to hookup to the main glib event loop.

Very minor changes were made for witme. RPM files are now available.
