This release has better handling of big result sets while using compression and better error handling on socket errors.

A fix for a problem while reading big querys from the client, if the client or server-side dies the forked dexter-process will also die, less loginfos for more speed, optimized code for more speed, reorganized scripting subs, and a lot of testing.

Fixes for some ugly problems with reading and writing of big result sets, and no more delay while writing data from the server to a client and vice versa.

This release contains some minor bugfixes and some
nicer code.

Now has built-in support for an access list.
