Content management module for PHProjekt

This release fixes the session-dissociation bug after the
December 2004 Phprojekt security patch.

New features include user-friendly configuration,
announcements, and content-less articles, a
syndication newsfeeds manager, an improved file
manager, a logo image for each article, and a
Mozilla-compatible WYSIWYG editor. The consistency
checker was improved. Support was added for
repositories in Windows shares. Integration with
the Summary of Phprojekt. Several bugfixes were
made.

Compatibility with Phprojekt 4.0 was added.

HTML code support, a WYSIWYG editor, new translations (German, Dutch, French, amd Catalan), better RDF/RSS support, improved support for extended charsets, a log of system events, a new administrative console, and many bugfixes.

In this version, users can rate content, there is a permission/restriction matrix editor, GDlib now is optional, and it now works in groupless setups.
